Qualification
Education, Skills and Experience
Master’s degree in relevant area of specialization i.e. Education, Business Administration or Management, Public Administration
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a recognized academic institution.
Or
Bachelor’s degree and a professional qualification e. Education, Business Administration or Management, Public Administration
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a recognized academic institution
Key responsibilities also include

Duties and responsibilities
Overseeing all sections of the Institute, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration among section heads.
Leading efforts to continuously improve the quality of education and drive year-on-year improvements in results.
Managing the Institute’s resources effectively, ensuring funds are used as intended and within the approved budget.
Leading the preparation of income and expenditure estimates for approval and overseeing the management of the Institute’s financial and human resources.
Ensuring the Institute complies with all statutory and regulatory responsibilities, including health, safety, and sustainability obligations.
Representing the Institute both externally and internally, strengthening its reputation and visibility.
Leading marketing and student recruitment efforts to grow the Institute and its student body.
