Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to lead and execute impactful campaigns that drive brand growth and visibility for both our in-house and third-party brands. The role focuses on influencer marketing, local store marketing (LSM), and events management, creating exciting opportunities to connect with customers while ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 

Influencer Marketing:
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content aligned with brand values and marketing goals.
Events Management:
Plan, organize, and execute creative events, pop-ups, and activations to enhance customer engagement.
Local Store Marketing (LSM):
Develop and implement neighborhood-focused marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and online orders.
Partner with branch teams to create community-driven campaigns and promotions.
Brand and Communication Management:
Liaise with the in-house design team to create marketing assets (social media content, posters, menus, billboards).
Champion rebranding efforts to maintain a consistent and compelling brand image across all touchpoints.
Data-Driven Strategy:
Analyze customer data and cohort behavior to craft targeted marketing strategies.
Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Prior experience in food and beverage marketing or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in influencer marketing, event planning, or LSM campaigns.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and analytics.

Capabilities:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of global marketing trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
