Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling inquiries with professionalism.
Communication Management:
Screen, prioritize, and manage the CEO’s email and correspondence.
Draft, proofread, and format documents and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
Handle logistics for conferences, board meetings, and team gatherings.
Administrative Oversight:
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies in all matters.
Implement and manage efficient office systems and procedures.
Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the CEO.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
Coordinate communication to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Special Projects:
Assist the CEO with ad hoc projects, research, and assignments.
Provide strategic support to ensure the execution of high-priority initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably with C-level executives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and integrity in managing confidential information.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
