Field Sales and Brand Officer (Contract)

Overview

Ksolar.store is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Field Sales & Brand Officer. This role will play a key part in growing our customer base, building strong business relationships, and supporting daily operations to help the store expand its footprint in the green energy retail market.

Key responsibilities

Visit neighborhoods, businesses, and homes to identify potential customers, close sales, and provide feedback on market needs and trend
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide recommendations on strategic locations based on market segmentation, foot traffic, accessibility, and community interest.
Cordinate product installation and represent the business in meetings.
Conduct product promotions and demonstrations while coordinating the creation and distribution of branding materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners. 
Plan CSR campaigns like solar education drives, tree planting, community clean-ups, or donations to foster goodwill and recognition.

Qualifications

Certifcate, Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the solar industry or renewable energy is an added advantage.
Proficiency in using computers and tools like MS Office and social media platforms.
