The Project Coordinator will be responsible for framing, scheduling, participating, and maintaining their assigned projects. In addition, you’ll collaborate with leaders across the organization to maintain the health of our project tracking infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Work with sponsors, leaders, and project managers to update and approve projects/initiatives in a timely manner through meetings, reminders, etc.
Build and update the project plan for assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Communicate tasks with their managers and obtain their approval regarding the property and expiration date; Track overdue tasks.
Support the integration of MSTeams for project collaboration.
Coordinate project meetings with resources from various departments and assist with follow-up communications as needed.
Support a variety of project execution tasks and collect deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications – Technical and Soft Skills:
Corporate experience of 3 to 5 years as a project coordinator, project manager or related to an industry such as human resources, or administrative area.
Required level of study: University degree, Postgraduate
Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication skills .
Ability to work with a variety of people and adapt to their communication preferences. Strong organizational skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Demonstrate patience and courteous behavior.
