The QA Inspector ensures that all raw materials, components, assembled products, and imported finished goods meet quality standards, ensuring defect-free products for customers and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Raw & Packaging Materials: Test and inspect materials for conformity, approve or reject inputs, and ensure proper storage and usage.
Component Moulding: Conduct line clearance, prepare reference standards, and perform quality checks on components (barrels, caps, tubes, etc.).
Ink Filling: Oversee changeovers, evaluate ink fill attributes, and identify defects impacting performance.
Assembly Operations: Inspect components and packaging, verify production line standards, and conduct quality checks on assembled products (pens, shavers, etc.).
Customer Complaints: Investigate complaints, prepare test reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Calibration: Perform daily equipment checks, isolate faulty tools, and document results.
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Quality Control (related fields).
1–2 years of experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
