Duties & Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of phone issues, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.
Perform rigorous quality checks on repaired phones to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of spare parts and inventory levels.
Document all incoming and outgoing phones, including repair details and customer information.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline repair processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Relevant academic certification from a recognized training institution
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
Proven experience in repairing various phone models and brands.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment. multaneously.
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing and sales.
