Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide visitors to the right offices.
Manage calls: answer, screen, and forward
Keep the reception area tidy and well- stocked
Handle mail, deliveries, and visitor badges.
Support office operations: schedule meetings, manage calendars, and monitor supplies.

Skills & Competencies:

 Exceptional organization and problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
