Brand and Operations Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the development and implementation of the new Kenpoly brand, inclusive of brand re-launch, collateral re-design, marketing communication and on-going maintenance of Kenpoly brand standards, presentation and communication across all brand touch points.
Manage execution of creative marketing campaigns and promotions, always in line with approved budgets, to drive sales and build the Kenpoly brand.
Collaborate with rest of marketing team to offer and develop creative ideas, concepts, strategies and proposal for marketing campaigns and communication.
Coordinate and administer the day-to-day design tasks of the graphic design team to ensure all tasks are completed against set timelines and to requisite quality standards through Trello and other required communication platforms.
Forge and foster relationships with suppliers and partners required and relevant for production and implementation of marketing campaigns and communication to ensure Kenpoly always receives the best possible prices after thorough negotiations.
Work with sales teams and any other relevant or required departments to collate all necessary information to provide clear briefs to design team to deliver marketing communications as per department requests.
Work with HOD Marketing and relevant finance teams where applicable to ensure all marketing campaigns and activities are analysed post execution for ROI across all relevant metrics i.e. incremental sales revenue & GP, customer acquisition, lead generation, footfall, traffic, brand engagement. Use analysis to improve execution and impact for future campaigns.
Manage and facilitate market research activities with third-party agencies to achieve meaningful outcomes and insights as per agreed research objectives.
Undertake competitor research periodically and present findings to benchmark best-practices in relation to market trends, and stay aware and ahead of developing competition .
Learn, read and expand understanding in branding and marketing to develop a broader and deeper knowledge base and keep knowledge relevant and up to date.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Line Manager or H.O.D.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant/related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing role with at least 3 years at senior level, involving people management and leadership.
Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation.
Previous experience in similar industry a strong advantage.
Specific industry knowledge an added advantage.
Creative flair and an eye for detail to create visually appealing displays.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and store staff.
Knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities in the retail industry.
