PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Functional Consultants during requirements gathering for clear, code-ready processes.
Install and configure Business Central, deploy solutions on-premise and on Azure, ensuring client PC connectivity.
Support existing and develop new solutions in AL extensions and C/AL.
Conduct end-user training, create system documentation, and develop training materials. Support partners/clients integrating third-party applications with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
Ensure end-to-end connectivity of client portals and support portals developed in PHP, Python, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
3+ years’ experience
Degree in computer science, Software
Engineering or Information Technology or related
Strong analytical skills and attention to details Good business acumen for problem solving with excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated proficiency with implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central
Proven experience in integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with third-party systems
Confidence to deal with a range of customers
Experience dealing with the public sector is a plus
