Services Finance Manager, EAGM

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as Finance business partner with EAGM Regional Service Leadership and staff,
Drive operating performance and act as finance champion for strategic initiatives within the EAGM Region service organization.
Optimize financial performance and operational efficiencies by providing financial insights, and work closely with the leadership to enhance productivity and maximize sales funnel
Lead development of budget, long term strategic plans, forecasts, and monthly P&L estimates by partnering with cross functional teams and recommending key actions to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities
Partner with Global & Regional Finance teams (FP&A, Controllership, Cash, Region CFO) to support key initiatives in Finance enabling better decision support and simplification
Drive Monthly/Quarterly close, Actual Performance reporting to Finance & Commercial teams,
Develop and contribute into the improvement of financial processes: Finance reporting tools, Management reporting tools, budgeting and forecasting 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 13+ years of experience
Substantial experience in  Finance Business Partnering
Demonstrated significant experience and understanding of Accounting Principles
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills & ability to assess various complex issues simultaneously and prioritize,
Experience and comfort in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects, influence, and lead indirect / direct teams,
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Competency in data analysis
Fluent English, written and verbal
