Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of a fleet of 200 trucks to achieve profitability and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and ensure minimal downtime.
Lead and supervise drivers and support teams, ensuring performance targets are met.
Monitor fuel usage, route planning, and delivery schedules for cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze fleet performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing large fleets in a logistics company.
Proven ability to manage a profitable and efficient transport operation.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in fleet management systems and tools.
