Key Responsibilities:
Timely filing of court pleadings, applications, and miscellaneous documents.
Follow up on decrees, hearing dates, consents, and other case-related documentation.
File and follow up on land transfers, charges, and other registrations.
Ensure timely service and filing of affidavits of service.
Maintain and update the firm’s Master Diary, task tracker, and online database.
Manage firm registries and ensure all files are up to date and properly tracked.
Build relationships with other clerks and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Undertake office errands and any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
3years of experience in a similar role .
Familiarity with court procedures and filing processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
