Your Role
Supports execution of workshops and user trainings for a sustainable maintenance of know how
Monitors master data quality and consistency and coordinates required adaptations with the responsible functions
Documents planning principles, guidelines and user manuals
Supports development of reports linked to Planning and Inventory Management
Conducts adhoc analyses in Inventory Management and portfolio management
Participates in integration testing and in end user testing
Organise and leads the local S&OP process, including Demand Review, Supply Review & Executive S&OP meetings on a monthly basis.
Prepares the final demand plan.
Proposes and executes measures to improve the quality of the demand plan.
Establish local communication procedures to ensure relevant information regarding Demand within the organization.
Analyse current Demand patterns and propose improvements in terms of quality and service.
Propose Demand parameters with Supply planning and logistics, to ensure the agreed Inventory levels are achieved.
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Economics, Finance
3-5 years’ experience in Supply and Demand Planning
