Mid-Market Account Executive

The Mid Market Account Executive is an individual contributor role in regional structure with direct reporting line towards Chapter Lead. The main goal for this role is to identify new business opportunities with leads/clients. They are responsible for keeping the CRM system up to date with the information on the progress with each prospect or the client. Mid Market Account Executives should work closely with relevant stakeholders internally to ensure acquisition of new business and logos.

Main Responsibilities:

Focuses on lead creation, qualification and successful closure of Tier 2 clients.
Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales.
Focuses on outbound strategy and thorough discovery meetings.
Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
Negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
Maintains client relationships by collaborating with AMs to sell and maintain account health.
As required cross sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation).

Main Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in selling SaaS or CpaaS.
Successful sales track record – commission earnings.
Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Knowledge about Infobip and Infobip’s competitors.
Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Familiarity with Telecommunications industry is a plus.
Fluent in English language.
