Each day, develop and implement engaging activities tailored to the children’s developmental needs, ensuring alignment with the established curriculum, schemes of work, and lesson plans.
Crafting, assessing, and revising schemes of work and lesson plans to ensure alignment with the school curriculum, in collaboration with the Curriculum Development Manager.
Assessments are developed for specified subject areas or topics upon request or as needed.
Deliver a diverse selection of materials and resources for children to engage with, allowing them to investigate, interact with, and utilize these items in both structured learning exercises and creative, imaginative play scenarios.
Deliver guidance and supervision to students regarding proper handling and maintenance of equipment and materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed to mitigate the risk of injuries and prevent damage.
Design and facilitate engaging activities that foster holistic growth—including physical, cognitive, and social development—such as interactive games, creative arts and crafts, music sessions, and storytelling experiences.
Prepare and organize materials, classrooms, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to support imaginative play, educational activities, and the development of motor skills, while ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
Monitor each child’s development and compile comprehensive written assessments, submitting these reports to the Principal, senior school leadership, and parents.
Track and document each child’s developmental milestones and progress through structured reports and records.
Provide personalized and small-group instruction to students, customizing instructional approaches to align with their diverse learning needs and interests.
Greet incoming students warmly, assist them with removing outerwear, and guide them toward engaging activities that align with their interests.
Develop and implement guidelines to regulate student conduct while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures to foster a structured and orderly environment.
Plan and oversee academic projects, excursions, guest lectures, or other hands-on learning opportunities, actively facilitating student engagement and reflection to deepen comprehension and practical application of course material.
To uphold and enhance professional expertise, participate in professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops as part of ongoing development.
Provide support with boarding and disembarking passengers from the bus to ensure a smooth, orderly, and safe process.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is highly desirable, along with experience in Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You must possess a TSC certificate to be eligible for this position.
A degree in the field of Education or a related discipline is required.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on teaching experience, you bring a solid foundation to this role.
You possess strong technical proficiency with essential software tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
