Maintain an up-to-date database detailing market size, competitor profiles, and their respective market shares. Deliver consistent market intelligence reports, covering pricing trends, emerging customer segments, and competitor developments.
Ensure adherence to the standardized offer book in alignment with the customer promise initiatives.
By ensuring the renewal of all key customer contracts, the role proactively safeguards the business against competitive threats.
Oversee credit operations in strict adherence to the company’s established credit policy and delegated authorities. Pursue debt recovery in accordance with pre-determined trading terms while conducting timely customer credit appraisals as scheduled.
Ensure prompt delivery of all invoices and statements to customers. Identify and resolve any invoice disputes in collaboration with customers.
Ensure the establishment and enforcement of company policies and procedures, accompanied by the implementation of pertinent controls.
Conduct routine equipment audits at client premises, providing prompt recommendations and implementing necessary corrective measures. Coordinate with Engineering teams to address tank installations, revalidation processes, and other technical specifications as needed.
Marketing & Supply Chain professionals develop and execute strategies to enhance product visibility, optimize distribution channels, and ensure seamless flow from production to consumer. They analyze market trends, manage promotional campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand. Responsibilities include data-driven decision-making, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of logistics networks to meet business objectives efficiently. To expand market share within the designated Sales territory, this role will collaborate on the planning and execution of LPG customer events aligned with the specific financial objectives.
Facilitate the adoption of alternative payment solutions, specifically pre-payment options, for customers with smaller transaction volumes as well as for reseller partners.
Deliver precise sales forecasts to optimize the Sales & Operations Planning process.
Collaborate closely with the distribution team to facilitate seamless product delivery to customers.

Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required, corresponding to NQF Level 7 qualification.
