Reporting to the Regional Partner Director with a secondary reporting line to the AFR New Business Sales Director, this role is responsible for identifying and onboarding new Sales Partners—including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors—across Africa to expand channel sales within Teens’ multi-product portfolio. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining pipeline growth, preparing and participating in monthly pipeline reviews with both Teens leadership and partner teams, and ensuring sustained engagement with existing sales partners to keep them aligned with pipeline generation objectives. Additionally, you will empower and educate partners to effectively prospect for Teens within their markets while serving as the primary liaison between partners and Teens’ solutions teams.

RESPONSIBILITES

You will identify and engage prospective companies to evaluate potential Sales Partnership opportunities, including introducers, resellers, and distributors. Additionally, you will establish and allocate targets, define key accounts, markets, products, and explore effective routes to market.

You are tasked with coordinating and delivering sales enablement sessions for partners to enhance their effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

As the Sales Manager, you will spearhead efforts to expand Teens’ market presence by driving strategic sales initiatives.

You will establish structured protocols to optimize the partner’s team for prospecting and expanding our shared business, including coordinating weekly check-ins, evaluating pipeline progress, and guiding the partner in client engagement strategies. Additionally, you will deliver targeted technical and sales training to enhance their performance.

You will provide support to partners during forecasting initiatives, sales planning activities, and the management of RFP and pre-sales processes.

You will develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring precise tracking of quarterly forecasts and revenue.

You will maintain a balanced approach to quarterly performance while ensuring strategic and long-term revenue opportunities remain clearly visible and actionable.

You will craft and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored to your assigned region, leveraging data-driven customer research and market intelligence to drive informed decision-making.

You will partner with cross-functional, globally distributed teams to facilitate the smooth and efficient completion of end-to-end sales cycles executed by your Partners, maintaining the highest standards of performance throughout.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a must. Knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL, is required. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical for troubleshooting complex technical issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for collaborating across teams and documenting technical processes.
