PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, terminations, and other employment-related issues.
Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and other employment-related documents.
Conduct training sessions on employment law and related topics.
Write articles and blog posts on employment law topics for publication on the firm’s website and other platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized University (2nd Class Honours, Upper Division)
Certificate of Admission to the Bar and Current Practicing Certificate
Have 2 years of experience post admission
Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and regulations.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
