Assistant Operations Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven person to join their team in the role of Assistant Operations Officer. This role involves supporting the smooth execution of advertising campaigns and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and executing advertising projects
Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
Liaising with clients and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance
Streamlining internal processes for greater efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field certifications
3+ years of experience in operations, project management in the advertising industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
