Our client who is a mid-sized business is seeking a highly extroverted, driven and mature sales operations manager to fill a new position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Roles
Leading a Sales Team
Managing Sales operations
Generating New Customers
Growing Business From Existing Accounts
Reviving Dormant Customers
Channel Expansion
Developing New Products and services
Develop New Markets
Grow sales revenues
Job Requirements The ideal candidate will require the following qualifications:
Mature, firm, Aggressive, Innovative, Extrovert, people person, keen to detail.
Degree in business or related studies
At least 5 years’ experience in sales and sales management in an FMCG distribution environment;
32-45Years
