Our company is growing and is currently recruiting for different Sales positions !
Business Development Manager, East Africa (based in Nairobi, Kenya)
For these positions, we are looking for experienced and talented sales person who will be responsible for developing business in the assigned region in Africa. This will require use of a solution selling methodology to effectively understand client needs and match them to our solutions. The position requires energy, relationship building skills, identification of new market opportunities, generation of qualified sales opportunities (directly and through our partner network). All this will require extensive travel in the assigned region in Africa.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Solution sales in assigned territories within the assigned region in Africa
Perform in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand their pain-points
Work with NetGuardians’ Risk Consultants to build tailored solutions that address customer needs
Identify, recruit and enable Channel Partners in each assigned territory
Work with Partners and our Marketing team to organize events
Manage existing Client relationships, upsell additional solutions and services
Administration: Update CRM with contacts, meeting notes and new opportunity details. Prepare quality proposals. Manage contracts with customers and partners
You
As an accomplished sales person, you will already have a proven track record of success in selling software solutions to the financial sector. We are seeking a professional with the following skills and experience:
Min 7+ years’ experience in selling software solutions (ideally in the financial sector / banking)
University degree in IT, or Business Administration
Excellent negotiation, presentation and solution selling skills
Strong ability to build rapport with mid to C-level stakeholders
Strong experience in use of CRM tools
You are willing to frequently travel to foreign countries for sales meetings and events
