Policy development and implementation, coordination of the human resources function.
Planning and coordination of operations of the various departments/functions of the organization
Improving the performance, productivity, efficiency of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies leading to profitability.
Duties for the HR & Operations Manager Job
Planning, developing and implementation of sound HR policies and procedures
Managing and implementing the personnel functions
Managing performance review process
Staff benefits and welfare administration
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, with both authorities and business partners
Ensure efficient management and utilization of company resources, including human resource capacity, and overall staff supervision
Be in liaison with Management in the development of strategic plans and activities
Continually monitor projects and improve the overall performance of departmental operations
Coordinate the purchasing/procurement function of the company
Instill organizational culture and application of best practices in the industry
HR & Operations Manager Job Requirements
Applicant should hold a Degree in Business or IT or Engineering related course and at least a Diploma in human resource management from a reputable institution.
Applicant should have least two (2) years’ relevant experience in a senior position.
S/he should be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management.
The successful applicant must be able to work well under pressure, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be a good team player.
