Summary purpose and objective of role
The End FGM Grants Programme intends to offer capacity development support to our grantees. In determining the capacity development needs of grantees, an organisational capacity assessment (OCA) was conducted to determine the critical elements for effective organisational management and to identify those areas that need strengthening. The OCA assessment identified six priority areas including; financial management, organisational management, human resources, programme management, social change communications and child safeguarding. The consultancy will support four of the six capacity areas: human resources, financial management, organisational management and programme management.
