Project Scheduler

Responsibilities:
Work with the project team to “paint a time picture” of the project that reflects the team’s vision of how the project will be performed, and gain consensus by all parties involved. Define an appropriate WBS in line with the adopted project development and project delivery strategy.
Develop and maintain appropriate and accurate schedules to support efficient execution of work, cash flows and cost forecasts.
Coordinate and assemble information from the project team into a cohesive schedule.
Maintain the schedule, optimise change outcomes and advise the project team on performance.
Be alert to changes, variations in scope and trends that may influence the project schedule and project outcomes and advise the project management team accordingly.
Identify activities impacting the schedule’s critical path and facilitating the identification and rectification measures.
Provide comprehensive and accurate schedule reports utilizing data from both systems and contractor supplied information, including an appropriate level of analysis to ensure a “no surprise” approach.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required in related field
Extremely proficient in using MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel, MS Word
Mnimum of 5 years experience required
