Responsibilities
Create and register new customers on the system; enter new orders and perform the necessary changes orders as advised by the customers.
Input new or repeat orders into the system ensuring all data captured is accurate and made available to all relevant departments.
Amend orders and communicate any changes with the design team prior to the submission of customers’ orders to the production team.
Responsible for accurate documentation of client information, orders details, signed contractual agreements and change agreements.
Maintain cross-functional communication with relevant departments by following up on orders to ensure they match all customer specifications and any special requirements.
Follow up on orders submitted to ensure they are delivered within the agreed timelines.
Perform final verification on order details to ensure they match the exact customer specifications.
Perform the necessary sign-offs before final submission of order details for further processing.
Handle and resolve complaints and resolve them accordingly.
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree or Diploma in Customer Management, Sales Support or related field;
Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in the printing or graphics industries;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Strong communication skills;
Well organized and able to prioritize workload, using initiative when appropriate and ability to cope with stress.
