This position will be based at the Head Office, Muranga Town
Primary Responsibilities: Implementation growth strategies, ensuring profitability and overseeing efficient day to day operation of the Subsidiary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Develop annual budgets and implement the same upon approval.
Identifying suitable land for subdivision and selling to clients.
Ensure compliance with legal issues pertaining to purchase and disposal of land
Recruitment of sales team and managing the team to achieve the desired results.
Initiate, develop and maintain sound and mutual relationship and network with relevant public bodies and institutions critical to the success of support functions
Experience, Knowledge and Abilities
Three (3) years’ experience in similar position in the Real Estate sector
Team player, excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
In-depth knowledge of trends in Real Estate sector.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business related field
Professional qualifications in marketing will be added advantage
