Account Manager

Job description
This role is responsible for ensuring client(s) within the portfolio are satisfied with the deliverables and servicing of primary research projects whilst staying aligned with current and future business objectives.
OUTCOMES
Grow new business and ensure annual revenue targets are met by the identification of new opportunities
Develop Kantar Public research and consultancy offer in the region with emphasis on areas such as Health, Gender, Economics Agriculture, Qualitative research, and/or any area within the social and developmental space
Excellent service and client satisfaction, manage the client’s expectations with respect to the quality, speed and volume of data
Develop efficiency within operations through looking at better ways to work to reduce budgets
Providing strategic & relevant insights to clients through storytelling and emphasizing applicability of social and developmental research
Demonstrate excellence in technical and marketing expertise to inspire both clients and team members
CAPABILITIES
Experience in preparing and delivering winning research proposals and presentations that demonstrate personal credibility and insight into Health, Gender, Economics Agriculture, Qualitative research, and/or any area within the social and developmental space
Strong knowledge of their market with at least 5 years’ experience of working across government and social research projects
Experience of writing and publishing reports that are in the public domain
Leads by example, nurture and develop team members through coaching and performance management
Proven ability as a manager
