Responsibilities for the Matron Job
Providing leadership for all nursing staff
Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders
Ensure key performance indicators are achieved against set targets
Build effective controls for the monitoring and management of medical records
Lead the unit complying with all statutory and quality standards.
Qualifications for the Matron Job
Diploma in Community health Nursing.
Nursing & Clinical Skills,
3 years experience as a matron or deputy matron.
Nurses with more than 7 years experience are encouraged to appl
Salary: Negotiable
