Job description
This is an exciting and challenging role responsible for providing service management of key client accounts, through provision of marketing research information, analysis and reports. The role is charged with smooth execution of the full project cycle and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Developing compelling and persuasive proposals with a clear value proposition for clients;
-Generating Revenue growth by identifying opportunities with existing/ potential clients;
-Engaging clients and consulting on project needs, requirements and expectations;
-Designing methodology and approach framework for projects;
-Carrying out Quantitative research but should have an understanding of Qualitative;
-Updating clients on project progress and responding to client queries;
-Obtaining an in-depth understanding of the clients business and becoming a trusted business advisor;
-Preparing insightful presentations, developing reports and making high quality recommendations;
-Transforming data into useful information through analysis and interpretation of results;
-Coaching, mentoring and training of executives
Apply if you meet the following Minimum Criteria:
-Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics or other business related field;
-At least 3 (three) years’ experience in Market Research;
-Excellent skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SPSS;
-Excellent oral and written communication skills;
-Proven track record with clients on ability to deliver on insights
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
-Strong analytical mind with a high numerical aptitude;
