Qualifications for the Sales Manager Job
Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
Member of the Marketing Society of Kenya
7 years of experience in sales and marketing with 5 in a senior management position.
Experience in the FMCG industry a major advantage.
He/she must have proficient knowledge in:- ✓ Developing Market strategies. ✓ Brand management ✓
Customer care ✓ Route to market planning ✓ Advertising agencies ✓ Market surveys ✓ Market activations ✓
Below-the-line and Above-the-line promotions ✓ Strategic initiatives and partnerships ✓ Product management
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Coaching and mentoring skills
He/she must maintain strict confidentiality and also demonstrate the following personal attributes:
