You Will
Develop and implement key account plans in accordance with trade marketing & distribution strategy to meet targets.
Implement brand strategies for key accounts in line with the channel plan.
Manage key account relationships and budgets for trade programmes, trading terms, promotional support and merchandising.
Analyse key account business performance for us and our competitors to assess the effectiveness of developed trade programmes.
Engage with the field force to make sure account initiatives are successfully executed.
Give ATSM and brand team insights to help them develop brand programmes.
at least two years’ FMCG experience including field management;
strong administration skills;
be a proven leader, analyst and negotiator and an excellent communicator with strong commercial knowledge, as well as understanding the role of the multiple retail and distributive account bases in the wider marketplace, you’ll have strong knowledge of consumer behaviour;
good fact based sales person and an effective presenter you’ll also have the presence to influence managers and clients at all levels.
Ideally you’ll have experience gained in an FMCG environment in or outside the tobacco industry, together with a relevant degree and/or business qualification.
