Customer Care Representative

Job Summary: The overall responsibility of the position is to ensure a link between the company and its clients, ensuring better service delivery and efficiency in operations as well as supporting growth in sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Sale order processing
Invoicing
Responding to customer enquiries and issues
Preparing quotations
Facilitating order delivery
Client communication – both internal and external
Records and document management
Compiling relevant reports
Academic Qualifications & Experience
Graduate with a relevant degree from a reputable institution
At least one year experience in customer service
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conversant with customer service principles and practices
Computer literate
Prior use of an ERP system will be an added advantage
