Specific Functions:
Handle disciplinary issues at the floor level
Give a daily report of the left over’s in regards to the daily/weekly requisition
Supervise restaurant staff
Check on disciplinary issue
Ensure reconciliation of the daily sales with the issues from the stores is done on time
Work with the stores department to ensure that the right quality of goods are bought from the market
Ensures general cleaning and the standards of the restaurant is always observed
Resolves all customer complaints
Work with the accounts department to ensure that all unpaid debts are followed
Work with accounts department to ensure that wastages are accounted for and charges made to appropriate departments or individuals responsible
Help the company acquire new clients through marketing
Requirements: A Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College and at least 3-years working experience in a busy restaurant. Female candidates are encouraged to apply
