Position Summary

We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position encompasses cultivating enduring client connections, advocating high-end products to clinics and hospitals, and interacting with dental practitioners to elevate sales within the dental supplies sector.

Oversee the execution of core duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering efficiency and accountability. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive measurable results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative solutions that address evolving business needs. Maintain high standards of quality and performance through continuous monitoring and proactive decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to achieve collective goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, cultivating a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while mitigating risks and optimizing resource allocation.

Drive sales of an extensive portfolio of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental practices, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities by conducting on-site visits, leveraging professional networks, and participating in relevant industry gatherings.

Develop and nurture enduring professional connections with dental professionals and influential stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Deliver informative product demonstrations and facilitate training sessions to comprehensively educate clients on proper usage, key benefits, and essential maintenance practices.

Observe and document competitor actions, pricing strategies, and new developments within the dental supplies sector, then compile and present this information in structured reports.

Partner with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee on-time deliveries and outstanding client service.

Exceed established monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently while driving revenue growth and maintaining high performance standards.

Responsibilities include meticulously documenting sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights to ensure precise record-keeping.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in the relevant field.
