Our client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app seeks to recruit a Content Agent Team Lead. He/she will be responsible for managing the content department operations.

Team Performance Management
KPI Management
Weekly Reporting to COS on KPIs
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews
Access Management
Agent Recruitment
Take part in the recruitment process for the Agents
Facilitate the departmental onboarding Process for the Team
Requirements
Degree in marketing, or a similar field.
At least 2 years of related experience with leadership role being an added advantage.
Should have excellent MS Excel skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong listening and communication skills.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
Good Decision-Making skills
Attentive to details
Creative and forward thinker
Great Analytical skills
