Conducts a range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Accountable for managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and aligning departmental goals with broader company strategies. Responsible for analyzing data metrics, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, upholds industry best practices, and maintains high standards of quality and service delivery. Oversees budget allocations, resource distribution, and financial forecasting to optimize expenditures and maximize return on investment.

Offer comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, encompassing a wide range of tasks to ensure operational efficiency and effective management of daily responsibilities.

Monitor projects meticulously, ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to, keep detailed action logs, and consistently verify the completion of deliverables.

Oversee the organization and coordination of calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless scheduling and operational efficiency.

Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence while overseeing the company’s social media and digital communication channels.

Assist in the production of content for newsletters, blogs, website updates, and marketing materials.

Facilitate dialogue and information exchange among various departments while ensuring alignment with external partners and stakeholders.

Support the coordination and execution of events, meetings, training sessions, and various company activities.

Maintain structured filing and documentation systems while ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Address routine client and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

A diploma or degree in fields such as Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.

Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for this role.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational prowess and strong time management skills.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace with a high level of expertise.

Professional experience in social media strategy execution and multimedia content development is required.

Demonstrates strong capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high productivity with minimal oversight.

Detail-oriented and highly professional, ensuring confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail in all responsibilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing is considered a valuable asset.
