Role Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for crafting and executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This individual will play a pivotal role in our growth, leveraging their tech sales experience to introduce Peslac’s solutions to new clients and industry leaders.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets
Client-Centric Communication: Clearly articulate technical features and benefits in a business-centric way, tailoring communications to resonate with diverse industry leaders and stakeholders
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage a robust sales pipeline, optimize performance, and ensure consistent growth
KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key sales KPIs, including revenue and gross margin targets, with a results-driven approach
Tailored Presentations & Proposals: Craft customized presentations and proposals that address the specific needs and objectives of each client
Sales Data & Analytics: Analyze sales data, track key metrics, and use insights to refine strategies, optimizing performance and delivering regular reports
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively highlight Peslac’s unique features and advantages
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, set up meetings, conduct demos, and showcase solutions to prospective clients
Closing & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, secure new client partnerships, and ensure seamless onboarding
Client Management & Retention: Foster long-term client relationships through regular business reviews, maintaining consistent communication and strategizing for continued success
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships across all levels, positioning Peslac as a trusted partner
Startup Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to meet evolving demands and drive rapid growth
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tech solution sales, with a proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to simplify complex technical features and articulate the business benefits to clients
Demonstrated experience in pipeline management and proficient use of CRM tools
Proven success in crafting client-focused presentations and proposals
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking sales metrics and adjusting strategies for maximum impact
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships
