Key Responsibilities
Enhance Quality of Academic: Uphold a high standard of education, ensuring students receive an academically rigorous, engaging curriculum.
Executes the academic policies and procedures for all academic and support staff.
Implements and evaluates the application of existing policies and ensures the effective implementation of all policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications and Experience Required
Minimum Qualification: Registration with TSC, Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership/Management is highly preferred.
Experience: minimum 10-15 years of relevant teaching and at least 5 years of leadership
experience in a school setting; previous experience in an international school or working with international curricula is an advantage.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to foster teamwork and a positive working environment.
