Team Leader

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Kitale. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives and loan officers, ensuring efficient operations, resolving customer issues, and achieving performance targets on a daily basis.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in customer service or financial services
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial products and services
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Fluency in English and Swahili
