Client Acquisition & Management: Build and maintain a robust network of hotel owners, investors, and developers. Represent your clients during negotiations, helping them secure the best deals.
Transaction Management: Oversee every stage of the transaction process—from contract drafting and due diligence to financing and closing deals—ensuring seamless transactions for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or hospitality (or related field)
Proven experience in the hospitality industry
Expertise in financial analysis, hotel operations, and property valuation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
