The deliverables will include but not limited to:
Present a marketing plan that will ensure we reach our targeted audiences, help us create awareness and increase uptake in Kimisitu PLC products
Digital Strategy Development – work in collaboration with the business internal marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the Company’s overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
Content Creation and Management – Create engaging and relevant content for the company’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Social Media Management – Manage Kimisitu PLC’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, engagement, and stakeholder management.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Optimize our website content, structure,and metadata to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Google Ads,
Programmatic, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Email Marketing – Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with prospective clients, and engage with current clients.
Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities for Kimisitu PLC.
Digital Asset Management – Manage digital assets such as images, videos, graphics, and multimedia content, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and optimized for various digital channels.
Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
Analytics and Reporting – Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, conversion rates, and campaign return on investment (ROI).
Prepare regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Prepare monthly reports for management team.
The bids shall consist of soft copy (PDF) on email procurement@kimisituinvest.co.ke. The bidder can also submit a soft copy on USB in case of email issues and/or challenges to Kimisitu PLC offices, AEA Plaza, 4th Floor, Valley Road, Nairobi.
