Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on Corporate and Travel Agent room sales, and update action plans and objectives quarterly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and addressing any client needs or concerns.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Act as the main point of contact for group leaders, communicate group booking details, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of group events.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Track sales activities, provide regular updates to senior management, and forecast revenue.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, closing deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the hospitality industry targeting the upper-middle-class market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
Strong understanding of sales principles and market research techniques.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Polished presentation with a warm, confident, and hospitable demeanor.
