Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales budgets for rooms and catering
Develop and implement sales strategies for MICE, Leisure, and Groups
Build strong relationships with industry partners
Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
Lead the sales team in maximizing ROI through exhibitions, roadshows, and trade events
Ensure brand standards and collaborate with operations for exceptional service delivery
Manage annual budgets and oversee departmental performance
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, or Business Development
5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales, with international exposure as an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficient in Hotel PMS and sales tools
Willingness to travel and engage with clients
