Oversee the development of plans, establish performance targets, and conduct forecasting activities, including Latest Estimates, in close collaboration with the Sales team, maintaining clear assumptions and adhering to a consistent update schedule.

Oversee, monitor, and coordinate trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders while establishing governance frameworks and conducting post-evaluation assessments.

Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments, ensuring thorough ROI analysis and effectiveness tracking to enhance program performance.

Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for initiatives related to innovation, portfolio management, and revenue optimization; assist in evaluating go/no-go decisions and monitoring benefits realization.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and reduced costs.

Prepare management reporting and perform variance analysis against the plan and budget; actively engage in period-end close processes in collaboration with relevant finance partners.

Strategic and analytical professional capable of offering constructive challenges, distilling intricate concepts into clear insights, and engaging effectively with senior leadership.
