Key responsibilities
Lead and drive the partner integration from the analysis phase though the integration design until go live and post-delivery monitoring
Provide technical guidance on the Thunes platform, the required integration, testing, best practices and standards. Recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Thunes.
Coordinate closely with sales, sales support, and delivery teams to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
Secure from customer technical resource commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.
Drive improvements for internal monitoring, reporting and operational tools and processes
Provides training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
Document your knowledge and details around specific partners´ set up.
The role may require the flexibility to adapt to other time zones and to travel abroad occasionally.
Required Qualifications/Experience
Fluency in English. French and local African languages are a strong plus.
IT/Engineering degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in working with partner integration projects.
Prior experience with Fintech/ Ecommerce/ Payments ideally in project management roles.
Familiarity with RestAPI and Json XML.
Ability to communicate with partners at business and technical level including software engineers.
Motivated and focused self-starter with leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently or within a team.
Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills. Experience of working in globally distributed teams
