Qualifications
Required Qualifications, Experience & Competences.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Management or a similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects.
Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.
Physical fitness to perform site inspections and oversee construction activities.
On-site at construction locations with occasional office work.
Interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
