Key Duties And Responsibilities:
Oversee the effective management of the institution’s human resource operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain human resource policies that support organizational goals.
Strengthen employee relations and HR practices by planning, executing, and evaluating relevant policies, programs, and initiatives.
Update and maintain job requirements and descriptions for all roles within the institution.
Align HR and people strategies with the institution’s strategic objectives, ensuring they support organizational growth.
Provide guidance and support to the management team on all people-related matters, including leadership development, change management, and transformation initiatives.
Manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee discipline, grievance handling, mentoring, contract management, training and development, talent management, succession planning, and performance appraisal processes.
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
An ongoing Master’s degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
