Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Parts & Accessories, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that Parts and Accessories required to run the business are processed, shipped, stored, and delivered in a timely manner.
Implementing and monitoring strategic initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, safety, and other warehouse performance metrics.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all import documentation.
Collaborating with sales, operations and customer service teams on order delivery times.
Ensuring all operations including inbound and outbound deliveries meet safety and quality standards.
Ensuring and being accountable for inventory assurance and accuracy.
Coordinating order processing to customers and dealers.
Efficiently coordinating outbound logistics to customers and dealers.
Monitoring warehousing and supply chain expenditure, material master changes, system & physical inventory movement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (Upper second) in mechanical engineering or a business-related degree.
CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply or its equivalent is an added advantage.
KCSE mean grade B+.
