What will you be doing:
Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:
Generate and invoice orders timeously
Generate purchase orders
Act as liaison to customer
Coordinate job assignments from start to finish
Work in accordance with business as well a QHSE guidelines.
Review SWR before assigning to FS Manager
Conduct brief and debriefings
Review team leaders daily work reports
Provide invoicing status to relevant sales person/team
You will shine in this role, when you have:
Qualification in a similar field and related to the position
7 years of relevant experience in the service, customer care, and 4 Stoke Engines.
Professional Project Management skills (considered as an advantage)
A safety-first mind-set.
Passion about developing resources and excellent Customer Service.
Experience in a customer facing role with responsibility for collection of costs and invoices.
Excellent organizational skills and Customer Centricity.
Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.
Excellent communication skills and well-developed cultural awareness and sensitivity.
